From simple ticket giveaways to our huge Taste of David’s Refuge fundraiser, DR’s events are as impactful as they are memorable thanks to her skill and creativity. While the magic happens with apparent ease, it belies all of the thoughtful, precise, behind-the-scenes planning she brings to everything she does. A “doer’ by nature, Sarah’s belief in DR’s mission is unwavering. With a style that’s open, calm, sunny and engaging, she builds warm and lasting relationships with staff, volunteers and vendors. A loving wife, mom, daughter, friend and colleague, Sarah simply lights all the places up!

You know when the stars align just perfectly? I truly believe that it was just meant to be.
A hybrid of a sloth and an otter. A Slotter. Sloths are completely on their own schedule. They take their time, but always get to the finish line. But also an otter - Did you know they cuddle their babies as they float down a river?
My husband CJ and I actually just took our dream trip! 10 days in England and Scotland! Traveling with no timeline and enjoying life. We are still dreaming up our NEXT trip!
